Tip from an animal communicator.


Here's a simple yet powerful way to connect deeply with your furry friends:



🧘‍♀️ Mindful Moments Together 🧘‍♂️ Set aside a few quiet minutes each day to sit with your pet. No distractions—just you and them. This isn't about training or playing, but simply being present. 🧡


Here’s how:


  1. Find a Quiet Space: Sit down comfortably in a calm area where your pet feels safe.

  2. Stay Still: Let your pet approach YOU naturally. They may sniff around or sit beside you. If they don't approach, don't fret, you can just share the space respectfully together - it still builds trust!

  3. Breathe and Observe: Focus on your breathing and observe your pet’s behaviour. Notice how they relax when you're calm (and vice versa!).

  4. Gentle Touch (optional): If they’re comfortable, offer a gentle touch or a slow stroke. Pay attention to how they respond. Take a moment to notice how their body feels in your hand. Warm? Soft? Scaley? Really focus on how touching their body, makes you feel in your body. Does your breathing rate slow? Do you feel love? Is your mind quiet?



🐾 Why It Works: This practice helps your pet feel more secure and connected to you. It builds trust and enhances your bond by aligning your energies. 🌟 If they don't come and sit with you, that's not a problem. Sharing space and showing your pet respect, not approaching them when they want space is just as powerful as petting them. Respect is a two-way street remember and you can honour and respect your pet by giving them room just as much as a squishy hug.
